About Us

Welcome to the Impressions Child Care Centre

CREATING LASTING IMPRESSIONS FOR YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE

Impressions Childcare Centre caters for children from birth to six years. Impressions is a privately owned Centre offering top quality childcare and preschool education in a village environment. We pride ourselves in having a clean, tidy and educationally stimulating environment, offering equal learning opportunities for all ages and developmental stages.

We provide a mixture of free play and structured activities which are a mix of child initiated and teacher directed. Our programme is based on the Te Whaariki Curriculum.

Impressions staff are all trained or in training, hold first aid certificates and are passionate early childhood educators.

We are Ministry of Education licensed and operate with four rooms; Nursery, Toddlers, Juniors and Preschool.

Impressions Childcare Centre is privately owned by Kim and Ryan Bardsley. Impressions caters for children from birth to six years.

We are open 52 weeks of the year and only close for public holidays. Our hours of business are 7.30am till 5.30pm daily.

Programs

We operate under one licence with four rooms; Nursery, Toddlers, Juniors and a Preschool. We are licensed by the Ministry of Education and we strive for high quality care and education.

Nursery

The Nursery is staffed with above regulation staff ratio’s and caters for children 2 years and under.

The toddlers room is also staffed with above regulation ratio’s, and caters for children approx 18 months to 3 years old.
